I use it myself and have finally after using it for years, figured out how to set the premade macro that 'comes with it' to work properly. I have that macro bound to my 4 key and then I just use heal bot to hover over my partners or myself and just hit 4 to decurse. I haven't had much success with healbot decursing, so maybe I just have it setup correctly? I spent all of BC clicking portraits and clicking my heal buttons (before I figured out that healbot was such easysauce and I went to using keybinds).
